Last Wednesday we were excited to be able to take a stand at Kingston Business Expo, organised by Kingston Chamber of Commerce. It was a great opportunity to showcase WSM Business Advisory in the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames, especially now we have an office in the heart of the town centre, on Old London Road.
Annie and Lauren arrived at the Kingston University Business School bright and early for the networking breakfast held at the Centenary Café. The perfect opportunity to meet and greet other businesses hosting stands at the exhibition as well as the early visitors. After breakfast, our stand was ready with our new banners, brochures and branded materials. Annie and Lauren met and chatted to variety of visitors who flowed throughout the day.
The Expo featured some interesting talks including key speaker Mark Wright, who was previously on The Apprentice, discussing the potential of embracing digital technology. There were several workshops during the event on subjects from email marketing and cyber security to business coaching and communications, making it invaluable for the over 500 people in attendance.
Congratulations to David Randall for winning our bottle of champagne in the WSM raffle. Thank you to the Kingston Chamber of Commerce and the Kingston Business School for putting on such a successful event.

Amanda graduated from Brunel University, with a joint honours degree, achieving a BSC and BA degree in Leisure Management and Television and film studies. Amanda started her career in a customer service role before joining the hotel group Le Meridien as an Events coordinator, she was in the hotel industry for seven years and during her time won an award from a major international airline for her outstanding attitude and dedication to customer service, which she achieved while working for the Rezidor hotel group in the position of Airline Crew Manager. Amanda has over 20 years experience in customer relations and event management.
