Business Awards Season Launching in March
Merton Chamber of Commerce, one of the largest area-based Chamber of Commerce in London will be launching the Merton Best Business Awards for the twelfth year in March.
Distinguished guests, esteemed business leaders, and community influencers will come together on Wednesday 20 March to kick off the awards season in style!
Guests will be able to network with other Merton businesses, rub shoulders with previous winners, get invaluable insights from their esteemed sponsors and get tips on creating a winning application.
Diana Sterck, CEO of Merton Chamber of Commerce and founder of the awards said: “We have so many talented businesses in Merton who don’t necessarily recognise how good they are. Our awards are all about showcasing excellence and talent. Many of our entrants have built their profile and won new business as a result. What better reason is there to enter! The awards celebrate and recognise businesses in Merton that have shown resilience, excellence, innovation and best practice in the borough. Applications will open at the launch event on Wednesday 20 March.

Amanda graduated from Brunel University, with a joint honours degree, achieving a BSC and BA degree in Leisure Management and Television and film studies. Amanda started her career in a customer service role before joining the hotel group Le Meridien as an Events coordinator, she was in the hotel industry for seven years and during her time won an award from a major international airline for her outstanding attitude and dedication to customer service, which she achieved while working for the Rezidor hotel group in the position of Airline Crew Manager. Amanda has over 20 years experience in customer relations and event management.
