You are invited to WSM and Mundays' second interactive business workshop on 2nd April 2014. Using an innovative case study format, this workshop will focus on how to maximise your business's growth. We are very fortunate to have secured Simon Thorpe, Co-founder of the Expressions Partnership, as our guest speaker. As an experienced Performance Development Specialist, Simon has made a significant contribution to individuals, teams and organisations in the business, sports, education and voluntary sector. The drive behind all Simon's work is the dynamic passion for helping people to help themselves. Simon embraces challenge and change and presents an inspirational, enjoyable and completely pragmatic approach to help individuals, teams and organisations thrive.

Amanda graduated from Brunel University, with a joint honours degree, achieving a BSC and BA degree in Leisure Management and Television and film studies. Amanda started her career in a customer service role before joining the hotel group Le Meridien as an Events coordinator, she was in the hotel industry for seven years and during her time won an award from a major international airline for her outstanding attitude and dedication to customer service, which she achieved while working for the Rezidor hotel group in the position of Airline Crew Manager. Amanda has over 20 years experience in customer relations and event management.
