At the end of 2024 I emigrated to Brazil and decided to liquidate my UK company. The liquidation needed to be executed swiftly to avoid changes to the taxes on business asset disposal and Andy Whelan was fantastically helpful from beginning (giving very clear guidance on how to prepare the required documentation) to end (recovering Section 455 taxes that had been paid on company loans).
