On Saturday 11th June, we are excited to be hosting our fourth Charity Rugby Sevens and Netball Tournament! All proceeds are donated to our charity of the year, Willow Foundation; a national organisation who fund special days for seriously ill young people.
Club and social teams compete in what promises to be another brilliant and successful day of sport and fundraising for Willow. Once again, we will be hosting the event at Wimbledon FC Rugby Club, who will be providing a BBQ and bar throughout the day. A live band will be joining us after the final to really get the party started. You can read about last year’s record tournament here.
Spectator entry is FREE, though there will be opportunities to make a donation to Willow on the day or visit our Virgin Giving page. Dogs are more than welcome as long as they don’t run onto pitches. For those interested in the various sport being played this Saturday, they will be shown in the club house throughout the day.
The closest train station is Raynes Park and between 9:00am till 11:30am we will have two mini buses based in Waitrose car park to shuttle people to the club. If you are coming by car, there is a free car park at the club.

Amanda graduated from Brunel University, with a joint honours degree, achieving a BSC and BA degree in Leisure Management and Television and film studies. Amanda started her career in a customer service role before joining the hotel group Le Meridien as an Events coordinator, she was in the hotel industry for seven years and during her time won an award from a major international airline for her outstanding attitude and dedication to customer service, which she achieved while working for the Rezidor hotel group in the position of Airline Crew Manager. Amanda has over 20 years experience in customer relations and event management.
