Wimbledon Common Half Marathon

Seeing as this week is the official Mental Health Awareness Week and we are supporting STEM4 who raise awareness of teenage mental health issues, we decided kicked off the week with dedicated member of the team Hollie Luck running the Wimbledon Common Half Marathon.

‘Bright and early Sunday morning, I competed in the Wimbledon Common Half Marathon in aid of STEM4, accompanied by my lovely fiancé as my pace setter! It certainly wasn’t the sunniest of days and was pretty muddy under-foot, but fortunately the rain held off! I was very pleased with my time of 2hrs 36mins, as this is the longest I have ever run by far, and most importantly we raised another £80 for STEM4. Thank you to everyone for their sponsorship and support, it really means a lot!’

A big well done to Hollie for her fantastic finish time and for her hard work raising money for the charity.  Please sponsor her here at our Virgin Giving Page.
