Ultimate Fundraisers: Raising over £7,500!

We are delighted to announce that last year the team at WSM raised a staggering £7,678.12 for our 2015 charity of the year, the Royal Hospital for Neuro-disability. The Putney-based charity care for people living with severe neurological disability and brain injury, providing specialist care for up to 220 patients. The Royal Hospital is independent from the NHS so every £1 donated is vital in enabling them to provide the care that makes a real difference to the lives of their patients.

It was an energetic year of events with various sporting activities including a Swimathon, Ben’s Ride 100, Row Hard and then Bike Hard (which we won!), and other money raisers such as our office Rubgy World Cup sweepstake and Christmas Jumper Day. Our big fundraiser of the year was the Rugby Sevens Tournament in June which raised nearly £4,000.

This year our nominated charity is Willow Foundation, and we hope to replicate the same success. Thank you to everyone who has either participated or donated throughout 2015, either way your support is essential to our annual commitment to our charity of the year and please contribute any suggestions you might have for new fundraising ideas.
