The Christmas party brought good news for WSM as Gavin announced that with nearly 45% of the vote, STEM4 had been chosen as our charity of 2014! Throughout December, the team here were given the opportunity to vote for the charity they wanted to support the most. We are delighted to be working with Nihara and the STEM4 team for 2014.

STEM4 is a local charity set up for teenagers, their friends, their families and secondary schools to provide education early detection and intervention in teenage mental illness. They seek to support teenage mental health in four main areas; eating disorders; anxiety and depression; self harm and addiction. To achieve these aims they offer a website, training and resilience building workshops in schools and the wider community. They also run conferences for students, nurses and teachers to provide guidance in these areas.

To keep up with our progress over the year, please keep following our website and our WSM Twitter page. Donations can be made on our company fundraising page
