Training & Development
WSM is an authorised training office, accredited by ICAEW and ACCA. We are proud to have been nominated Accountancy Age Employer of the Year in 2013.
We support and encourage all members of staff to engage in training courses and workshops, with training to become Chartered Accountants at the heart of our program.
In addition, the continuing professional development of qualified staff remains a vital element in demonstrating our passion for lifelong learning. In all cases, individual training needs are identified as part of our ongoing review process and external training runs in parallel with our regular lunchtime update workshops.

What happens next?
We will review your application and if suitable we will be in touch to arrange either an initial telephone interview or to invite you into the office for a face to face interview.
Interviews are usually held at our offices with the line manager. This may be a Manager, a Director or Partner depending on the role you apply for. In addition, you may be asked to take an ability test (numeracy, case study, accuracy etc.) if it is applicable to the role you are applying for, in which case we will advise you in advance of interview.
Depending on the role and the outcome of the first interview you may be asked to attend a second interview.
